STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable immediately, unless another payment time frame is indicated on either the invoice or the order. 
  3. All merchandise purchased consists of liquidation products. I understand that the seller does not guarantee the quantity, quality, or condition of any items included.
  4. I further acknowledge that all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
  5. By completing your purchase, you accept all associated risks.  
  6. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law.
