Liquidation Merchandise and Final Sale Policy
This is the agreement every customer accepts before submitting an order request that contains a liquidation pallet.
Agreement Statement
I acknowledge and agree that all merchandise purchased consists of liquidation products and is sold as-is.
I understand that Sunbelt Deals Liquidation LLC does not guarantee the exact quantity, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or condition of any items included, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
I understand that all sales are final and that returns, exchanges, refunds or chargebacks are not accepted except where required by applicable law or where Sunbelt Deals Liquidation LLC delivered merchandise materially different from the confirmed order.
By completing this purchase, I acknowledge the nature of liquidation merchandise and accept the associated commercial risks.
What this means in practice
- Pallet contents are described as accurately as we can, but a liquidation lot is never guaranteed piece by piece.
- We do not operate a self-service return process for liquidation merchandise.
- If we deliver merchandise that is materially different from your confirmed order, contact us — that situation is expressly outside this policy.
