What is in a pallet
Overstock
Unsold new merchandise a retailer ordered too much of. Usually the best condition.
Customer returns
Items customers sent back. Condition is mixed by definition — inspect before you buy.
Shelf pulls
Stock removed from the shelf for a seasonal or planogram change, not because of a fault.

Every published pallet on the Shop shows its price per pallet and how many identical pallets are left.
Submit a request
The checkout produces an order request, not a paid order. Nothing is charged at this point.
We confirm
Our team re-checks availability and confirms the final amount, including any shipping cost.
Collect or ship
Pick up free in Orlando, or we arrange domestic and international shipping.
Pickup and shipping
Local pickup is free at our Orlando warehouse during opening hours.
Shipping is quoted per order. The price depends on the number of pallets, their weight and the destination, so it is confirmed by our team rather than calculated automatically at checkout. We ship domestically and internationally.
Exporting? Tell us the destination port or country in your request and we will come back with freight options. Send an export enquiry.
Payment and tax
No card payment is taken on this website. Once your request is confirmed you receive an invoice through your customer portal, and payment is arranged from there.
If you are buying for resale in Florida you can enter your Florida resale certificate number during checkout and upload the certificate. It is checked against the Florida Department of Revenue before the tax treatment of your order is finalised.

What kind of pallets do you have?

Can I see the pallets before buying?
Yes. Visiting is free and encouraged, and you can inspect any pallet in person during opening hours.
Is there a minimum order?
You can start with a single pallet.
Do you sell single items?
Individual items are sold in store only, not online. Come to the warehouse to buy single pieces.
How do I get a shipping quote?
Submit your request with your delivery address, or contact us directly with the pallet and destination.
